Return & Refund Duration

At Thready Aura, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 18 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Return Time Frame

• Items must be returned within 18 to 20 days from the date of delivery.

• Requests made after 20 days will unfortunately not be accepted.

Refund Processing
